We hire rarely, and slowly. Eighteen people cannot absorb a bad fit, and the work here asks for someone to carry a project rather than a task — so a role stays open until the right person answers it. Requirements
- Seven or more years in practice, with at least two buildings taken through construction to completion
- Fluency in the local permit process and comfort presenting to authorities and clients
- Ability to produce a construction package yourself, not only to review one
- Working knowledge of Archicad or Revit, and a habit of drawing by hand early
- Written and spoken English and Ukrainian
