A stone-floored hall with lit glass niches leads into one living, kitchen and dining space. A low peninsula separates the kitchen from the sofa, and the floor changes from oak to large-format grey stone where cooking and dining begin. Two bedrooms follow: one in dark wood and smoked glass, the other in white classical mouldings.

Taupe walls carry framed mouldings and fluted pilasters against walnut panels cut with diagonal grooves, and a linear fireplace runs along the television console. The kitchen pairs fluted fronts and a brass line with a grey veined splashback; green velvet chairs surround a dark pedestal table. Brass strips, linear lights and a dark grey stone bathroom with black fittings complete the set.
