Residential
Avtograf 100 m²
A 100 m² apartment in Kyiv’s Avtograf complex in cream, honey-toned stone and brass
Concept
The apartment in the Avtograf residential complex begins with an oak-panelled hall, where an arched line of light frames the mirror. The living area, dining table and kitchen share one bright room along the windows. A corridor leads to the bedroom, a children’s room, a wardrobe, a laundry behind a glass door and two bathrooms.
Cream walls and fronts carry most of the light. Honey-toned veined stone covers the kitchen backsplash, the island and the media wall around a built-in fireplace. Brass runs through thin trims, chair frames and a linear chandelier; sage-green and terracotta velvet colour the seating. The bedroom moves to taupe upholstered panels, the bathroom to dark wood and grey stone.

The design gives each room its own mood within one set of materials: oak, cream, veined stone and brass. Storage and lighting are built into the walls. The set of visualisations covers the hall, the kitchen-living room, the bedroom, the children’s room, the wardrobe, both bathrooms and the laundry.
