Brooklyn 107 m²
A 107 m² apartment in Brooklyn in dark wood, pale oak and veined stone, with lines of light
Concept
The apartment opens from a hall lined in dark wood into one living space where the sofa, the dining table and the kitchen follow in sequence. A freestanding dark wood volume carries the television and screens the kitchen from the seating. Two bedrooms, each with a desk and a television wall, and two bathrooms complete the plan.
Dark-stained wood panelling sets the tone against cream walls and pale herringbone oak. Veined stone forms a backlit panel around the television, the kitchen splashback and the walls of both bathrooms, with bronze taps and, in one, a black vessel basin. Smoked glass wardrobes, a lit fluted wall behind the bed and ring pendants over the dining table complete the scheme.

The design keeps one scheme of dark wood, pale oak and stone from the hall to the bathrooms, so the living space and the private rooms read as a single interior. The visualisations cover the hall, the living, dining and kitchen areas, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
