Creator City 45 m²
A 45 m² apartment in Creator City, Kyiv, in greige, veined stone and thin brass lines
Concept
The plan holds a kitchen-living room, a bedroom with a glass-fronted wardrobe and a bathroom. The kitchen runs along one wall and ends in a breakfast bar by the sofa; the television sits in a moulded panel beside the tall cabinets. In the bedroom a tufted bed faces a second moulded wall with a floating dressing table by the window.
Greige, warm white and pale veined stone set the palette, from the kitchen floor to the wall panels. Thin brass profiles edge the panels and the glass, mouldings and fluted fronts add relief, and LED lines light the shelves and the wardrobe. The bathroom turns darker, with brown veined stone in the shower and on the vanity.

The design gives each room of a 45 m² apartment the same palette of greige, veined stone and brass, so the small plan reads as one continuous interior. The set of visualisations covers the kitchen-living room, the bedroom with its wardrobe and the bathroom.
