Dubai 890 m²
An 890 m² villa in Dubai in ivory stone, pale oak and bronze, with a pool, gym and bar
Concept
The villa opens into a double-height hall where a round bench circles a red-leaved tree. The living room, with a long modular sofa and a wine wall over a fireplace, leads to the dining room, a kitchen with a veined stone island and a study. A leisure zone gathers a pool, a sauna, a gym, a bar with a glazed wine room and a car display.
The palette is ivory, sand and pale oak over cream stone. Bronze frames the wine wall, ring pendants hang over the island and the master bed, and track lines and cove light cut the ceilings. The leisure zone turns warmer, with travertine-like walls, wood slats and rough stone in the sauna.

The design carries one pale language of stone and oak from the hall to the master suite and warms it for the leisure zone. The visualisations cover the hall and staircase, the living and dining rooms, the kitchen, the study, the pool, sauna, gym, bar and car display, the master suite and a children's room with its bathroom.
