Florida 189 m²
A 189 m² house in Florida with moulded white walls, backlit fluted pilasters and brass
Concept
The visualised day zone runs from the entrance to one open space for living, cooking and dining. A built-in bench cabinet meets the entrance; a long corridor leads to the living area, where a modular sofa faces the television wall beside a lit bookcase. The kitchen island and the dining table sit beyond, each under its own pendants.
White walls carry box mouldings and fluted pilasters washed by concealed LED light, over a grey-brown plank floor. Brass sets the accents: ring and ribbon pendants, globe lights over the island, the frames of two consoles. The kitchen pairs white shaker fronts and metro tiles with lit glass-fronted wall cabinets; a camel velvet sofa warms the pale palette.

The design gives the open living space of the house one vocabulary of mouldings, concealed light and brass, so the hall, the living room, the kitchen and the dining area read as one sequence. The set of visualisations covers the entrance, the corridor, the living room, the kitchen and the dining area.
