Great 86 m²
An 86 m² apartment in the Great complex, Kyiv, in graphite, smoked wood and grey stone
Concept
From a hall of dark wood panels, the apartment opens into one room for living, cooking and dining. A staircase with dark treads and a glass balustrade rises at the edge of the sofas, and a stone-topped island stands between the kitchen and the table. A bedroom with a glass wardrobe, a study and two wet rooms complete the set.
The palette is graphite, warm grey and smoked wood. Dark veined stone lines the kitchen splashback and a strip of wall behind the bed; the wet rooms pair grey veined stone with dark wood, black fittings and a freestanding bath. Light is drawn as lines: LED strips along the stair and ceilings, a linear pendant over the table, lit niches.
