Irpin 150 m²
A 150 m² house in Irpin in walnut and veined stone, built around a lit staircase
Concept
A hall lined in walnut opens onto the living room, the dining table and the kitchen with its bar counter, one open sequence with no walls between them. The staircase stands at the centre of the plan: its steps are lit from below, and a cascade of glass globes hangs through the stairwell to the upper corridor.
Walnut panels clad the walls and the flush doors; pale stone-look tiles cover the ground floor and oak boards the upper one. Two stones carry the contrast: white with brown veining on the media wall and splash-back, and a darker brown-gold stone behind the table and on the bar counter. Mocha velvet chairs and LED lines in the ceiling complete the palette.
