Koncha-Zaspa 990 m²
A 990 m² house in Kyiv in white veined stone, warm oak and champagne bronze
Concept
An entrance hall of cream wardrobe walls leads into a double-height living and dining room, lit by clerestory windows and anchored by a stone column with a fireplace. The kitchen, a bar and a study open off this core along wide stone-floored corridors. The master bedroom rests on a raised oak platform facing full-height glazing, with two dressing rooms and its own bathrooms.
White stone with grey veining, inlaid with thin brass lines, meets cream panelled walls, champagne-bronze trim and crystal chandeliers. The private rooms turn warmer: herringbone oak, walnut and smoked glass with lit shelving in the bar and dressing rooms, beige and dark veined stone in the bathrooms. Arched niches and murals mark the children's rooms.

The design holds a very large house to one restrained palette of white stone, cream panelling and bronze, and gives the darker, richer materials to the bar, the dressing rooms and the bathrooms. The visualisations cover the entrance and hallways, the living and dining room, kitchen, bar, study, master bedroom, children's rooms, wardrobes, a storeroom and the bathrooms.
