Kyiv 150 m²
A 150 m² house in Kyiv in cream mouldings, pale veined stone and brass light
Concept
The visualisations follow the house from the living room to the attic. A TV wall framed by lit oak shelving faces a round dining table under a crystal chandelier, and a lit oak staircase rises beside it. The kitchen island is a stone block under three bronze pendants. The master bedroom opens onto lit walk-in wardrobes; under the sloping roof a guest room and a study set desks by the window.
Cream and beige pair with oak herringbone and polished stone floors, and walls carry framed mouldings with relief floral corners. Light comes from cornice coves, crystal chandeliers and attic brass rings. The master bathroom is lined in honey-veined cream stone, the second in white stone with burgundy veining.

The design keeps every room within one soft palette of cream, pale stone and brass, so classical mouldings and plain modern joinery read as one language. The visualisations cover the living and dining room, the staircase, the kitchen and laundry, the master bedroom with its wardrobes, a guest room, a study, a dressing room and two bathrooms.
