Residential
Kyiv Region 300 m²
A 300 m² house in the Kyiv Region in grey veined stone and graphite, with a guest house
Concept
A portal of grey stone frames a lit mirror at the entrance, with a stone shelf and a bench; a long corridor runs on from it. The living room, dining area and kitchen form one open space behind full-height glazing: the sofa faces a dark veined-stone wall, and the long table stands between it and the island. The main bedroom has its own walk-in wardrobe and bathroom. The guest house adds a living area around a see-through fireplace, a dining table and an island.
Grey veined stone clads the portal, islands and bathroom walls. White and graphite fronts, black tracks and lit glass cabinets keep the lines clean. Mustard cushions and paintings bring the only strong colour.

The design keeps the house and the guest house in one material language of grey veined stone, white and graphite, lifted by touches of mustard and by light set into joints and shelves. The visualisations cover the entrance, the open living, dining and kitchen space, two bedrooms with wardrobes, the bathrooms, the laundry and the guest house.
