Lublin 60 m²
A 60 m² apartment in Lublin where light oak and olive green carry every room
Concept
The apartment is planned around one open room. The kitchen runs along a single wall, the dining table sits next to it, and the sofa faces a built-in media wall. A short hall with tall wardrobes leads to the bedroom, the nursery, a dressing room and the bathroom. Sheer curtains soften the daylight.
Light oak sets the base in the kitchen fronts, slatted wall panels and built-in storage. Olive green answers it in the upper cabinets, a fluted hall panel and the velvet sofa. The bedroom turns to soft grey panels, the nursery to pale blush with cloud-shaped lights, the bathroom to speckled stone and green glazed tiles. Track lights and LED lines carry the lighting.

The design gives a compact apartment one consistent material language, from the hall wardrobes to the bathroom niches. Storage is built into the walls, so the rooms stay clear. The set of visualisations covers the hall, the open kitchen and living room, the bedroom, the nursery, the dressing room and the bathroom.
