Lypky 130 m²
A 130 m² apartment in Kyiv in dark wood, amber-veined stone and a cascade of glass light
Concept
The apartment in the Novopecherski Lypky complex centres on one open kitchen, dining and living room, reached from a panelled hall. The bar and the dining table share the middle, and the sofa sits by the tall windows. A master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, a guest bedroom with a desk, two bathrooms and a laundry complete the plan.
Dark-stained wood, taupe walls and herringbone parquet set a low, warm key. A cascade of glass rods hangs over the bar and a ribbon pendant over the table. The bathrooms are lined in large slabs of amber and brown veined stone, with round backlit mirrors, bronze fittings and glass cabinets edged in light, and bronze profiles and LED lines recur throughout.

The design holds one dark, warm palette across the whole apartment and lets stone and light carry the detail. The visualisations cover the hall and corridor, the kitchen, dining and living room, the master bedroom with its wardrobe, the guest bedroom, both bathrooms and the laundry.
