Lypky 132 m²
A 132 m² apartment in Kyiv in herringbone oak, gold-veined stone and brass lighting
Concept
The living room, dining area and kitchen share one space under concealed ceiling coves. The sofa faces a television wall in veined stone, and a black stone island closes the kitchen end. A children's room, a bedroom with its own bathroom, a guest bathroom, a laundry and a walk-in wardrobe complete the plan.
Herringbone oak runs through the day and sleeping rooms; the kitchen floor is pale polished stone. White stone with gold veining lines the splashback and television wall, black stone with white veining the island. Brass marks the rod chandelier, stools and sconces. The children's room adds pink accents and lit arched niches; the bathrooms turn to onyx-like stone with brown veining and amber backlit strips.

The design keeps one palette of cream, oak and brass across the apartment and gives the stronger notes to stone, from the black island to the bathrooms. The set of visualisations covers the hall, the living room, the dining area and kitchen, a children's room, two bathrooms, the laundry, the wardrobes and the bedroom.
