Münzen 205 m²
A 205 m² house in Münzen in warm wood panelling, pale veined stone and bronze
Concept
The hall opens into one day room that joins the living area, dining table and kitchen. A fireplace wall closes one side; a stone-lined kitchen niche and a rounded island hold the other. Full-height sheers soften the daylight. Two main bedrooms, each with a dressing room and a bathroom, and a guest bedroom form the private part.
Fine-grained wood lines the hall, the kitchen wall and the headboards, against cream upholstery and a pale herringbone floor. Veined stone recurs on the kitchen niche, the hall console and the fireplace column; travertine-like stone lines the bathrooms. Smoked glass pendants on brass rods hang over island and table. LED lines run through shelving and niches; the fittings are bronze-toned.

The design carries one palette of wood, pale stone and cream through every room of the house, so the day room, the bedrooms and the bathrooms read as a single interior. The set of visualisations covers the hall, the kitchen-living room, three bedrooms, two dressing rooms, four bathrooms, a pantry and a laundry with a plant room.
