A 105 m² apartment in Kyiv’s Park Avenue complex in white panelling, walnut and veined stone
Concept
The apartment in the Park Avenue residential complex opens from a walnut-panelled hall into one long kitchen, dining and living room. A walnut island divides cooking from dining, and a media wall with a built-in fireplace closes the living end. The hall also serves the bedroom, a children’s room, two bathrooms and glazed wardrobes.
White framed fronts with long bronze handles meet dark walnut with reeded detail. Veined stone in cream and brown lines the media wall, the kitchen and the bathrooms, and thin bronze strips trim panels and glass. The children’s room turns to soft pink, arches and cloud-shaped lights. Track lights, LED lines and a branch chandelier set the light.

Result
The design carries one classic-modern language through every room: framed panelling, walnut, veined stone and bronze. Each zone has its storage built into the walls. The set of visualisations covers the hall, the kitchen-living room, the bedroom, the children’s room, the wardrobes and both bathrooms.
