Sofia Residence 74 m²
A 74 m² apartment in Sofia Residence, Kyiv, in cream, pale stone and blush pink
Concept
A short hall with built-in wardrobes and a lit mirror opens into the living room, which shares one space with the kitchen and a round dining table by the window. A corridor of flush doors leads to the bedroom, a children's room, the bathroom and a storeroom.
Cream walls, pale floors and light joinery keep the palette quiet. A stone-look panel behind the television holds a planter of small trees, and LED coves and black track lights draw the ceilings. The bedroom adds dark brown accents and a clouded plaster wall. The children's room turns to blush pink, with scalloped panels, an oak climbing wall and a neon script in an arched niche.

The design keeps a compact apartment in one light palette of cream, stone and linear light, with the bedroom's dark accents and the pink children's room as its two counterpoints. The visualisations cover the hall, the kitchen-living room, the bedroom, the children's room, the bathroom, the storeroom and the laundry closet.
