Warsaw 550 m²
A 550 m² house in Warsaw around an inner garden, in walnut, smoked glass and veined stone
Concept
A glazed gallery runs round an inner garden, with a lounge chair and a stone art panel, and leads to a kitchen with a pale stone island and a dining table by the windows. The master suite sets a low bed against panelled walls, with an open wardrobe and a bathroom in brown-veined stone around a freestanding bath; a separate dressing room is a glass box with a central island. Guest bedrooms, a study, a gym, a sim-racing room and a garage complete the plan.
Walnut-toned panels, smoked glass and grey and brown veined stone carry through every room over pale stone floors. Light is drawn in lines across the ceilings and under shelving; service rooms keep to black cabinetry.

The design carries one measured language of walnut, smoked glass and veined stone from the garden gallery and kitchen through the master suite to the gym, garage and service rooms. The visualisations cover the hall and corridors, the kitchen and dining area, the master suite, guest bedrooms, bathrooms, a dressing room, the study, the gym and the garage.
