Warsaw 65 m²
A 65 m² house in Warsaw where a lit oak staircase rises above a linear fire
Concept
The ground floor is one open space: the hall, with a bench against an upholstered wall, opens to the living room, dining table and kitchen island. At its centre the staircase rises inside a white portal, with a glass balustrade and a linear fire set into its base. A shower room sits beneath the stair; upstairs, a freestanding bath stands under a window.
Light oak covers the living and dining floors, pale stone the hall and kitchen. Taupe panels, fluted strips and LED lines order the walls, and light runs under every stair tread. In the kitchen, wood-veneered tall units meet warm-veined white stone. One bathroom pairs grey stone with smoked glass, the other cream stone with gold veining.

The design turns the ground floor of a compact two-storey house into one continuous space and makes the staircase its centrepiece, with the day rooms gathered around it. The set of visualisations covers the hall, the staircase, the living room, the dining area and kitchen, and two bathrooms.
