Lypky 105 m²
A 105 m² apartment in Kyiv in white and black veined stone, cream joinery and brass
Concept
A 105 m² apartment in the Novopecherski Lypky complex in Kyiv. Kitchen, dining and living share one long room along floor-to-ceiling windows: a black stone island links the kitchen to an oval dining table, and the sofa faces a stone wall with a built-in fireplace. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms complete the plan.
White veined stone runs across the floors; black stone with gold veining marks the island and the fireplace wall. Cream joinery, ribbed glass in black frames and brass trim carry the kitchen, lit by black tracks and sculpted white pendants. The main bedroom pairs a fluted cream headboard wall with dark wood; the second turns to graphite slats and black stone.

The design sets white against black stone in the shared room and carries the contrast, in a quieter form, into the bedrooms and bathrooms. Each room has its own feature wall within one material language. The set of visualisations covers the hall, the kitchen, living and dining area, two bedrooms, a walk-in wardrobe and two bathrooms.
