Marki 110 m²
A 110 m² house in Marki near Warsaw in pale oak, white walls and bronze-tinted glass
Concept
A 110 m² house in Marki, near Warsaw, arranged on two levels. Downstairs, living, dining and kitchen share one open room, and the stair rises along the back wall above built-in oak storage. Under the pitched roof, a sitting room and a study take light from skylights; a bedroom, a dressing room with laundry and the bathrooms complete the house.
The palette is pale oak, white and warm beige, with one darker note: the stair's bronze-tinted glass balustrade. Oak veneer covers wardrobes, wall panels and niches; the floor is laid in wide light planks. Black track lights cross the ceilings, LED strips light the stair treads, and the bathrooms pair beige stone-like tiles with oak and black fittings.

The design keeps one calm material set from the entrance to the attic, so both levels read as one house. Storage is built into the walls and under the stair rather than added as loose furniture. The set of visualisations covers the hall, living and dining area, kitchen, stair, study, bedroom, dressing room and bathrooms.
