Lypky 208 m²
A 208 m² apartment in Kyiv in cream mouldings, white veined stone, oak and brass
Concept
The entrance hall, floored in white veined stone, leads past a lit console into the living room. Black-framed glass doors separate the living room from the dining table and the kitchen island, and the day zone stays open to view. The private side holds the main bedroom with a glass-fronted dressing room, two children's rooms and three bathrooms.
Cream walls carry classic panel mouldings, fluted pilasters and concealed LED lines. Veined stone runs through the hall, kitchen and dining room; oak parquet takes over in the living room and bedrooms. Crystal ring chandeliers hang over the living room, and the bathrooms turn to stone with gold and brown veining, freestanding baths and brass taps.

The design carries one cream palette, one language of mouldings and the same brass accents from the entrance to the bathrooms, and changes only the floor and the stone. The visualisations cover the entrance hall, the living room, the dining room and kitchen, the main bedroom and dressing room, two children's rooms and three bathrooms.
