A 103 m² apartment in Kyiv in greige mouldings, pale veined stone and walnut-toned joinery
Concept
A corridor of panelled doors runs from the entrance console to the kitchen, dining and living room, laid out along floor-to-ceiling windows. An L-shaped kitchen stands behind the dining table, and the sofa faces a media wall clad in white veined stone. The rest of the plan holds the main bedroom, a children's room with a window seat, a walk-in wardrobe, two bathrooms and a laundry.
Greige walls carry classic mouldings above a glossy floor of pale veined tiles. Glass-fronted cabinets in bronze frames and a branching chandelier mark the kitchen; walnut-toned wood lines the wardrobe and laundry. One bathroom is clad in brown-veined stone around a freestanding bath, the other in grey and white veined stone.

Result
The design keeps the whole apartment in one light register of greige, pale stone and soft bronze, with warmer wood kept for storage. The visualisations cover the hall, the kitchen-living room, the main bedroom, the children's room, the walk-in wardrobe, two bathrooms and the laundry.
