Miami 260 m²
A 260 m² house in Miami with a double-height living room in walnut and veined stone
Concept
The day rooms form one continuous space. The entrance opens beside a floating timber staircase with a bed of shrubs at its foot, and the living room rises through two storeys to a gallery behind glass. The dining table and the kitchen follow, lit by tall black-framed windows onto greenery.
Walnut panels and travertine-like stone rise the full height of the media wall. Grey veined stone covers the living room floor, a speckled terrazzo-like surface the kitchen and dining area. White veined stone clads the planter, the island and the splashback. Disc pendants hang in the void, shallow domes light the long table, and sculpted reliefs mark the walls.

The design treats the day rooms as one composition of height, walnut and stone, with planting and sculpted light as the focal points. The visualisations cover the entrance and staircase, the double-height living room, the dining area and the kitchen.
